The R.D. Moses Model Railroad that belongs to the Jefferson Historical Society Museum is a favorite for all visitors. It is open on Saturday from 9:30 to 4:00 and on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00. Admission can be purchased inside the museum.

A friend of the Jefferson Historical Society Museum is Hollis Shadden. He is the organizer of the Big Cypress Corvette Show. It is held every June on the historic streets of Jefferson, TX beginning in front of the museum. See hundreds of beautiful Corvettes and stop by the museum and model train display. Good work Hollis for bringing many visitors to our town.
