I recently heard a Veteran friend say that the best thing about our country is the people.

People.

People are what make our country so great.
People are what make our state so great.

I couldn’t agree more.

People…my neighbors, and my community members…they are what I think of when I think of state and country.

People with different ideas and different perspectives.

People who are willing to have conversation.

People are what I value most when I look to the 250 anniversary of America 🇺🇸

🙌🏻So thankful to colleagues who I had the opportunity to work alongside to get some great things accomplished for Missouri kids!

🙌🏻Thank you to Sherri Gallick 4 Missouri , State Rep Jeff Farnan and Senator Mike Henderson as we worked together to send Age Verification for access to inappropriate websites to Governor Kehoe!

🙌🏻Thank you State Representative Tara J. Peters and Senator Mike Bernskoetter for allowing my behavioral health support for foster children legislation in HB 2372 which is also headed to Governor Kehoe!

🙌🏻Beyond thankful to serve on great committees including the committee on Children and Families, we saw great life-changing pieces of legislation in that committee this year.

🙌🏻Honored to lend my voice as a co-sponsor for the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, it is also on its way to the Governor’s desk! Holly Jones For Missouri and Rep Brian Seitz.

🧍🏻‍♀️We must always work to protect children and work toward strong Missouri families!
