Museum staff member Zane Peterman and summer intern Granite Miles re-working a pressure mount the old colors of the 735th Maintenance Battalion. A pressure mount helps keep flat a flag or guidon using pressure applied when the cotton muslin backing is screwed into the frame. The covering is Plexiglas. We avoid using glass just in case the glass would break the sharp shards will not cut the flag or guidon.
