Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson City BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF JEFFERSON CITY
Providing safe place for kids to come after school. For ages 5-

The Boys and Girls Club of Jefferson City was founded December 7, 1995, by a group of concerned parents and business/community individuals as an independent, not for-profit agency. The land and building (formerly a gas station) were donated December 1996 by Bill Wallis of Wallis Oil Company. The Club was elected to full membership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America December 31, 1999. The original building and addition was completed and fully operational by September 2003. In May 2004, the Club was accepted as a United Way, full member agency. In May 2017 the Clubs new home, the Railton Center was completed.

🎉 What an incredible night for Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson City at the Missouri Area Council gathering this week! Our Club walked away with FOUR outstanding honors:

🏆 Stephanie Johnson, former CEO, was inducted into the Missouri Boys & Girls Clubs Hall of Fame — a true testament to a legacy of leadership and service.

🏆 Our own CEO, Wade Middaugh, was honored as CEO/Professional of the Year for the state for the second time in just 4 years!

🏆 Our Resource Development/Communications team was recognized statewide for the Burcham Youth Center fundraising campaign — bringing a first-of-its-kind facility to Holts Summit and Callaway County.

🏆 Gary Hill, former Board Member, was named Board Member of the Year for the state of Missouri — thank you for your years of dedication to our kids.

We are beyond proud of these incredible leaders and everything they've poured into our Club and our community's youth. Their passion is the reason Great Futures Start Here. 💙

For more than 30 years, the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson City has been giving local youth a safe, supportive place to go after school and during the summer. We truly could not do what we do without the incredible support of our community.

🥰We want to thank everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, sponsored, and helped make our biggest fundraiser of the year, Cork, Fork & Brew, such a success. These funds are vital to keeping our Club strong and continuing to provide opportunities for the kids who need us most.

We are incredibly grateful for the many local businesses and organizations that donated their time, amazing food and beverages, auction items, and sponsorships to support the Club.

Cork, Fork & Brew is more than just a night of coming together to support the Club. It’s a celebration of over 30 years of accomplishments, memories, and the incredible people who have helped make it all possible.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for believing in our kids and supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson City. 💙
