Join Wagon Wheel Yoga and Crystal for a donation-only, somatic/trauma-informed yoga class benefiting Capital City CASA! Take an hour to move, breathe, and reset while supporting children in our community.

📍 Earthbound Awakening, 2210 Missouri Blvd., Suites A & B, Jefferson City

No yoga experience necessary. Mats provided, and all are welcome! There is no minimum donation—show up as you are and give what you can.

Here's a CASA scenario:

A child has moved to a new placement and hasn't been attending school regularly.

What would you want to know?

Why aren't they attending?
Is transportation available?
Has the school been notified?
Does the child need additional support?
What does the child have to say?

CASA volunteers ask questions, gather information, and advocate for what the child needs.

Labor Day is a good time to recognize people who show up and do the work—even when no one is watching.

Our CASA volunteers do just that. They make calls, gather information, attend meetings, listen to children and advocate for their best interests.

It's important work. And we're grateful for the people willing to do it.
