REMINDER: The Labor Day parade starts at 11 AM and will be focused on High Street and Capital Avenue in the core of Downtown.

Street parking will be fully available - and free - until 10 AM and then again after the parade.

The garage is free on weekends, too!

Salute to America runs from 2 - 10 PM on July 4th!

The parade begins at 4 PM, the bands begin at 5 PM, and the Fireworks begin at 9:30ish!

Apartment 301 has been occupied since it's remodel in 2013. We had just enough time this week to clean it and snap some pictures before a new tenant moved in this afternoon. It is beautiful! With private laundry, a private deck, and a great view, we think the new tenant will be very happy!
