Real people stand behind the budget dollars in HB10. No increase keeps the crisis cycle spinning. 647 people with DD are waiting right now for services to live and work across Missouri. Ignoring the need is not the answer.

Missouri has 650 adults with developmental disabilities in 'inappropriate placements' because local agencies are short of staff.
