Happy Friday! 🎸✨
Today we celebrated our September birthdays in style! We enjoyed an incredible meal from Warehouse 319 and an unforgettable, high-energy show from Elvis impersonator Zac Maddox! 🕺🎤
The food was outstanding, the music had everyone smiling and singing along, and the celebration was top-notch from start to finish. Happy Birthday to all of our September birthday stars! 🎂🎉

Celebrating Labor Day at the Center!
In honor of Labor Day happening next Monday, we want to take a moment to celebrate all the hard work, dedication, and contributions of our wonderful community members and staff!
Please note that our center will be closed on Monday, September 7th for the holiday. We hope everyone has a safe, restful, and wonderful long weekend filled with family, friends, and fun.
We look forward to seeing everyone back on next Wednesday! Happy Labor Day!

Get ready for an action-packed month! Our September 2026 calendar is officially here, loaded with fantastic activities, delicious outings, and plenty of fun with friends.
Here are a few highlights you won't want to miss:
September 4: Kick off the month with our September Birthday Celebration at Warehouse 319 (221 19th Street West) at 11:00 AM.
September 16: Show your team spirit at our Tailgate Party!
September 18: Roll up your sleeves for a fun Cooking Class featuring a build-your-own-pizza session.
September 30: Wrap up the month with our Bargain Budget Bingo at 10:00 AM followed by a Potluck Lunch at 11:00 AM (bring a gift and food item).
We also have our regular favorites happening all month long, including Coffee & Conversation, Creative Expressions, Move to the Groove, Jackpot Hour, Bunco, Faith & Fellowship, and our table game clubs.

It was such a meaningful experience diving into the details of the exhibits today!
At the Tabernacle Encounter, we walked through an immersive, step-by-step journey of the biblical Tabernacle and its sacred furnishings. We explored the outer courtyard, gazed at the Golden Lampstand, looked upon the Altar of Incense and the Ark of the Covenant, and took in the powerful symbolism behind every piece—from the altar pointing toward sacrifice to the Mercy Seat representing divine presence and grace.
We also spent time exploring the incredible scale model of Noah’s Ark, complete with detailed interior levels showcasing how the various species were housed and cared for, offering a fascinating, hands-on look at the engineering and listening to the presentations, it was a truly educational and inspiring day for those who could make it from the senior center.
