Jasper County Emergency Services District #4 would like to thank everyone who attended this special event. Our local fire departments and the ESD as a whole would not be where they are today without Sam’s guidance and leadership throughout the years.

Sam’s contributions to his community extend far beyond the fire service, and the impact he has had on the countless lives he has touched is truly immeasurable.

Congratulations, Sam — there is no one more deserving of this honor.
