There will be a mandatory Softball meeting on Monday June 8th at 5:30PM in the JMS Auditorium. This is for parents/guardians and all players that made the tryout roster.

Congratulations to rising 7th Grader Andrew Dunn for winning the America’s Favorite Student Award! Andrew was featured recently on News Channel 12 and we hope they will come back out and do a follow up story. We are so proud of you!!

Dr. Shannon Smith and Mrs. Ashley Harris are continuing teaching over the summer with our kids. They have been reading about the science of roller coasters, writing informational essay about our own design and how potential/kinetic energy and centripetal force are key in roller coasters designs, and then they engineered their own designs in groups. They also got to visit Mayor Jackson and learn about our community.

We are so appreciative of the community for the donations to make TCAP testing week a little more fun. This would not have been possible without the support we received.

The staff nominated students that were trying their hardest on the test. Those students received Live School points as well as their name in a drawing for some great prizes such as gift cards from Sonic, Starbucks, Amazon, Revival Coffee, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, JoJo’s, Retro Pixel Games, various candy, and cash.

We let the staff in on the Starbucks and Revival Coffee cards.

Jasper Middle School Summer Reminder:

Jasper Middle School office will be open Monday through Thursday at 8:00AM until 3:00PM. Please feel free to visit us during these hours to collect your child’s report card or previously purchased yearbook.

MOST IMPORTANT: If you need to enroll your child who is new to Jasper Middle School for the 2026-2027 academic year please come by during this time. Please do not wait until school starts to do so. This does not include students who are coming from Jasper Elementary School. Their enrollment is already included.
