The Evansville Fund

The Evansville Fund For good. For ever. Founded in 1996, the Evansville Fund is a permanent, charitable endowment created to support the community of Evansville. Jackson St.

The Fund gives back a portion of its annual earnings in the form of grants to support the arts, education, health and human services and historic preservation. Since its founding, the Evansville Fund, together with the Evansville Family of Funds, has given back more than $86,000 to the community. A volunteer board takes responsibility for fundraising activities and determines grant distributions.

Grants
Once per year the advisory board awards grants to non-profit organizations, the school district, and/or local government agencies providing charitable programs or projects for the community. The awards are presented in November. Annual grant application deadline: October 1 (When the date falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is the next business day.)
