The men in our shelter have been working hard in the garden, and seeing the fruits of their labor take root has been nothing short of inspiring! 🌱🥦

Working in the garden gives our residents a hands-on opportunity to build fresh skills, foster teamwork, and enjoy the quiet therapeutic benefits of working with the soil. There’s something powerful about planting a seed, tending to it daily, and watching it grow into fresh, healthy produce that goes straight back into supporting our kitchen and community meals.

It’s more than just growing vegetables—it’s about nurturing growth, patience, and purpose, one harvest at a time. 🌽✨

When an open meal slot needed filling, they jumped right in to make sure our shelter guests enjoyed a welcoming meal. We are so grateful for their kindness, flexibility, and servant hearts.

We need your help feeding 30–35 hungry men in our community. ❤️
We urgently need:
🥫 Mac & cheese, canned tuna & chicken, pasta & sauce, canned stew, PB & jelly, bread and other meal items.
❄️ Freezer items: Ground beef, chicken breasts, frozen pizzas, burritos, lasagnas, burgers and more.

🚨 OUR PANTRY NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Our pantry is scarily low, and we desperately need food donations to help keep meals on the table for 30–35 hungry men in our community.
We are looking for nonperishable foods that can be used to put together hearty, filling meals, including:
🥫 Mac & cheese
🥫 Canned tuna
🥫 Canned chicken
🍝 Spaghetti & pasta sauce
🥫 Canned stew
🥜 Peanut butter
🍓 Jelly
🍞 Sandwich bread
🥫 Canned vegetables
🍲 Soups and other easy-to-prepare meal items
❤️ Anything that can help us put together a meal is greatly appreciated!
We are also in need of freezer items, including:
🍔 Ground beef
🍗 Chicken breasts
🍕 Frozen pizzas
🌯 Frozen burritos
🍝 Frozen lasagnas
🍔 Frozen burgers
❄️ And other frozen foods that can help feed a group
Every donation, big or small, makes a direct difference. What may seem like a simple box of pasta or a jar of peanut butter to one person can help provide a meal for someone who truly needs it.
