It’s not often that one of our own ends up on the other side of the radio, but that’s exactly what happened to Jenny. Recently, she faced every dispatcher’s worst nightmare, having to send help to her own address.

A fire broke out at her home, damaging the front exterior and carport. Thankfully, everyone is safe, but the cleanup and repairs ahead are extensive and costly.

Jenny has always been the steady voice on the line, guiding first responders and helping others through emergencies with calm and compassion. Now, it’s our turn to be there for her.

We’re raising funds to help with repair costs and to ease the burden as she works to restore her home. Any amount you can give will make a real difference, and even sharing this page helps more than you know.

Let’s show Jenny that the same community she’s served tirelessly stands behind her when she needs it most.
