For more than half a century, Jamestown Housing Authority has provided safe, dignified, and affordable rental housing mainly for the elderly and disabled in Jamestown, New York, and surrounding regions. Its three high-rise facilities offer top-tier rental living for those with moderate to low incomes, maintaining independence. Rent is based solely on household income, covering all heating and utility costs (except phone and cable), ensuring residents pay an equal percentage of their income for rent and utilities.
