Russell County Conservation District

Russell County Conservation District Kentucky's Conservation Districts are a subdivision of the state government, Kentucky Division of Conservation.

The Russell County Conservation District has been organized for the special purpose of assisting landowners and land users in solving soil and water resource problems, setting priorities for conservation work to be accomplished and coordinating the federal, state and local resources to carry out these programs. The district provides not only assistance to farmers, but also environmental education to the local schools and community for agriculture outreach.
