Join the park naturalist for a hike on the Overlook loop. Enjoy your surroundings as you take in the wonderment of Trough Creek State Park. Make sure to wear trail shoes and bring water. This hike has some moderate elevations changes and is rocky and narrow in places. (Approx 1.6 mi)

Geo Hike: Balanced Rock Trail

Take a walk to the beautiful Balanced Rock and learn how the geology of the area put it there. On the way, we’ll learn a little about the natural history of the park that put the area on the map. This is an easier hike; however, hikers will need to navigate a large set of stone stairs to get to Balanced Rock. (Approx 0.5 mi)
