⚠️ Severe Thunderstorm Warning
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Warren, McKean, and Elk Counties until 4:30 PM.
At 3:38 PM, strong storms were moving through western Warren County near Pittsfield and Tidioute, producing very heavy rain, strong wind gusts, and frequent lightning. The storm is moving east toward Sheffield, Kane, and parts of McKean County.
What to expect:
• Wind gusts up to 60 mph
• Torrential rain and reduced visibility
• Small hail possible
If you are in the warned area, move indoors and stay away from windows until the storm passes.

Please be cautious with the impending weather forecast to begin later today. If possible, please avoid travel and DO NOT TOUCH any downed lines (power or communication) or trees as there will be a HIGH potential for them to be energized both due to direct and indirect contact with live power. If you have a generator make sure it is prepared and you have enough fuel to last an extended amount of time if necessary.
