Alderman Park Civic Association Jacksonville, Florida

Alderman Park Civic Association Jacksonville, Florida Alderman Park was established back in 1955. Historically, we are the longest running civic association in the city of Jacksonville, Florida.

Since 1959, YES 55 YEARS, the Alderman Park Civic Association (APCA) has been an active and positive force in ensuring that we have a high standard of living. We are not a Homeowners' Association (these did not exist when we were formed), and we do not have mandatory dues. We've come this far with the dedication and commitment of many past and presently existing families. Alderman Park Entrance Si
