Our culinary students at had an unforgettable educational field trip to Diamond D Ranch!
Throughout the day, students explored the ranch and learned about a variety of farm animals, including cows, goats, chickens, horses, pigs, and other livestock. They even had the opportunity to feed some of the animals while gaining a better understanding of agriculture, animal care, and where many of the foods we prepare begin.
This hands-on experience helped students connect the journey from farm to table, reinforcing the importance of local agriculture, sustainability, and the role farmers play in our food system. Learning extends far beyond the classroom and kitchen, and experiences like these create lasting memories while building knowledge that students can apply throughout their culinary careers.
A heartfelt thank you to Diamond D Ranch for welcoming our students and providing such a fun, interactive, and educational experience.

Our community garden is coming along beautifully!
This space is being created to bring the community together while also giving students the opportunity to learn hands-on gardening skills, teamwork, responsibility, and the importance of growing fresh food.
It’s amazing to watch something start from the ground up and slowly grow into something meaningful for everyone involved. This garden represents growth, unity, healing, and community connection.
We’re excited to continue building this space and can’t wait to see all the lives it impacts along the way.

Class 60 Graduation ! What a Moment!
We proudly celebrated our Culinary Students of
Class 60!
These students showed true dedication, perseverance, and growth over the past 14 weeks. They held each other accountable, pushed through challenges, and stayed committed to the journey and it paid off!
We are beyond proud of each and every one of you for not giving up. Our prayer is that you take every skill, every lesson, and every moment from this program and use it to elevate your life to the next level.
