NTCA Working for social and economic growth in Duval County communities. We love our city. We do this by having monthly meetings with our voters.

Neighborhood Team Community Action Organization, our mission is to educate, empower our communities. Neighborhood Team Community Action needs to educate the community on local and state issues that effect their everyday lives. Next we go to meetings throughout the county and surrounding areas and bring the information back and share it with our neighbors for their input. We take on issues directly

in our neighborhoods that are brought to the attention of the appropriate city officials and partner with them to resove the matter keeping the community informed and encouraging their participation as we progress. We are also working to gather and cleanup our neighborhoods by assembling watches and associations with the support of the city. We the citizens of Duval are striving to make our city a better place to live.
