Real relationships require real time. At ZECA School of Arts and Technology, we believe that true impact happens in small circles. This is why our class sizes average between 10 and 16 students. We cap our enrollment to ensure that every Eagle receives the attention they deserve and every educator has the bandwidth to lead with heart.

As part of our Hiring Playbook, we are proud to offer a 4-day student week. While our students attend Monday through Thursday, Fridays are dedicated to staff. "Teacher Fridays" allow for professional development, collaborative planning, and personal growth without the need to take work home.

Today, we celebrated a milestone that is years in the making.

ZECA proudly recognizes students who have completed the entire journey with us—from Kindergarten through 8th Grade. These students have grown alongside our school, helping to shape our culture, our traditions, and our story.

We are honored to announce our 2026 ZECA Legacy Scholars:

🌟 Johnnie Ray

To commemorate this achievement, each scholar was honored with a special Legacy Portrait, featuring them as a kindergartener alongside their 8th-grade self. These portraits will be permanently displayed at ZECA as a reminder of what dedication, perseverance, growth, and community can accomplish.

As future students walk our halls, they will see these portraits and be reminded that they too can complete the journey.

Eight years ago, these students walked through our doors with backpacks bigger than they were. Today, they leave us as confident young leaders ready to take the next step toward high school and beyond.
