💙🐺 What a year, Waterleaf! 🐺💙

As we wrap up another incredible school year, we just want to say thank you. Every membership, donation, volunteer hour, event attended, and word of support helped make a difference for our students, staff, and school community.

We are so proud of what we accomplished together this year and grateful for everyone who helped make it happen.

Here’s to celebrating a great year and continuing to build something even bigger and better next year. 💙✨

✨YOU DID IT!✨

☀️School is officially OUT for summer and we are so proud of our students, families, and faculty for a job well done this year!

📣A few things to keep in mind as you soak up the summer sun:

✅Stay safe this summer!
✅Read, read, read to prevent that summer slide! Maybe throw some math and science in there too. 😉
✅Meet the Teacher is happening on Thursday, August 6th, 2026 (4:00PM-5:30PM)
✅Teacher assignments will be posted prior to Meet the Teacher in FOCUS. (Think: week-of 😉)
✅First Day of School is Monday, August 10th, 2026. School opens at 8:00AM and classes will begin at 8:25AM.

🚨Just a reminder that the last day of school is TOMORROW - Thursday, 5/28. Dismissal will begin at 11:40 AM and there will be ❌no extended day available.

⭐️Please make sure your student’s transportation plans are in place ahead of time so we can help dismissal run smoothly for everyone. We can’t believe the school year is almost over!🥹☀️

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️🤍💙

At Waterleaf Elementary, we are especially proud to be part of a military-connected school community filled with families who serve, sacrifice, and support our nation every day.

As we enjoy time with our loved ones this Memorial Day, we pause to remember the heroes who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

There is nothing like coming home. 🥹

🌟Thank you again to Mrs. Fretz and Mrs. Witucki for organizing our second annual Wolfpack Walk! The senior class of 2026 is a special one and they will always have a place among the blue, yellow, and green hallways of our beloved school. 💙💛💚
