Dancy Terrace

Dancy Terrace Dancy Terrace was built in 1911 as a "Bungalow Court" and is one of the oldest bungalow courts still in existence on the east coast. Bungalow Court.

It was originally designed as workforce housing taking advantage of the streetcar that used to connect it to downtown. This Place Matters.
