This Sunday we’re kicking off our Jacksonville Jaguars Watch Parties at the Phoenix Arts & Innovation District. Hosted by Auntie we’ll have LED Video Screens by Post Fx Visuals, vendors, bounce houses, a kids zone, and partnership with Main Street Food Park & Mini Golf. The game starts at 1:00pm but come early and bring your chairs, picnic blankets, and the whole family.

This event is rain or shine and we have indoor and outdoor experiences ready for you. We’ll be here every weekend away game - check out the calendar for more details.

Jacksonville is now one of just 10 cities in the world to achieve LEED for Cities Platinum certification, the highest rating possible.

As part of the LEED team’s time in Jacksonville, they visited PHXJAX to learn more about the work happening in the district and our approach to regenerative placemaking.

We shared how the transformation of underutilized spaces can go beyond redevelopment, creating places that support local culture, creativity, economic opportunity and long-term community vitality.

We’re proud to be part of a city thinking intentionally about how the places we build and restore can contribute to a stronger, more resilient Jacksonville.

Starting September 13, we’re kicking off our Official Jacksonville Jaguars Watch Parties with a FREE block party at PHXJAX.

Watch the Jags take on the Cleveland Browns on the big screen, plus food trucks, local vendors, bounce houses and more throughout the district.

More than a century ago, The Phoenix was constructed as a warehouse supporting the city’s growing manufacturing and automotive economy. The building still carries the features that make historic industrial architecture so distinctive — exposed brick walls, original heart pine timber framing, and expansive windows that have endured through decades of change.

Buildings like this are difficult to replicate, built with materials and craftsmanship that have become increasingly rare.
