Miles for Military is a nonprofit program that rewards active-duty junior enlisted service members (E-1 through E-4) with free round-trip flights home in exchange for completing community volunteer service. Here's how you take advantage of this:

Complete at least 25 verified volunteer hours within the last 12 months. You can volunteer at a local USO, Red Cross, church, or another qualifying nonprofit.

Submit your application through the Miles for Military Apply Page at least 30 days before your intended travel date.

If approved, you receive a round-trip airline ticket valued up to $1,000 to travel to any U.S. state or territory.
