Jacksonville High School Alumni - Jacksonville, Alabama This is a group for all alumni of Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Alabama All, I have created this new page because Facebook is changing Groups.

The old JHS Alumni Group will still be around but is being what's called "archived" by Facebook. I'm not sure exactly what it all entails, but it does mention that ALL group members will have to be readded after the process is complete. I figure it will be easiest to just start fresh with this Page. Feel free to upload any photos that were posted to the old Group or any new info. While you're here

Jacksonville High School has been recognized as a top performing school in Alabama, according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2024 Best High Schools. Among the 296 high schools in Alabama ranked, Jacksonville High School was ranked 36 in Alabama and number one in Calhoun County. The data is from the 2021-2022 school year. Congratulations to our administration, faculty, staff, and students!

We're excited to announce the commencement of construction for the new performing arts center at Jacksonville High School. While this brings a brief inconvenience, we appreciate your patience during this transition. To facilitate the construction process smoothly, we kindly ask for your cooperation.

During construction, please be reminded that student drop-off and pick-up is located at the back side of the campus, specifically at the Commons Hall entrance in the circle drive area. Additionally, if you need to visit the office, please park in the designated visitor parking at the front of the school and proceed inside.

For your convenience, attached is a map outlining the construction area, parking locations, and alternative routes for drop-off/pick-up. Please adhere to all barricades and construction barriers for safety purposes.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we embark on this exciting phase of growth and development for our school.
