The Friends of the JPL 70th Anniversary Celebration

We are celebrating our 70th Anniversary the whole month of June at the Friends Bookstore.

Special events and prizes:
Scavenger Hunt: Search & Find the Bookstore areas and win a prize
Spin the Wheel: Spend $20 on bookstore items and spin the wheel for a prize
Guess the Pennies: June 13th guess the number of pennies for a prize

The Friends of the JPL continued to support the Library with another donation of $125,000 in 2026, which go to many programs like Summer Reading.

June 14, 2026 is the 70th anniversary of the Friends of the Jacksonville Public Library. We are celebrating the whole month of June at the Friends Bookstore with special events and prizes: Scavenger Hunt, Spin the Wheel, and Guess the Pennies.
