☘️💗 Feeling Lucky? Wear Pink Instead of Green! 💗☘️

This St. Patrick’s Day, we’re switching it up.

Sure, everyone’s wearing green…
But real leaders wear pink.

The Men Wear Pink movement, powered by the American Cancer Society, is about more than a color — it’s about standing up for the women in our lives and fighting breast cancer together.

So today, whether you’re celebrating with shamrocks or corned beef, remember:

🍀 Lucky are those who have support.
💗 Strong are those who stand up.
🎗️ Powerful are those who take action.

Tag a man who looks good in pink — even on St. Patrick’s Day.

💚 World Kidney Day 💚

Your kidneys may be small — but they play a BIG role in your health.

Did you know?
✔️ 1 in 7 adults in the U.S. has chronic kidney disease
✔️ Early kidney disease often has no symptoms
✔️ High blood pressure and diabetes are leading risk factors

Today is a reminder to:
🩺 Know your numbers (blood pressure & blood sugar)
💧 Stay hydrated
🥗 Make healthy lifestyle choices
📅 Talk to your doctor about routine screenings

At the American Cancer Society, we believe prevention and early detection save lives. While many know us for the Men Wear Pink campaign in October, our commitment to health awareness extends year-round — because stronger communities start with informed choices.

Take care of your kidneys. Take care of yourself.

🌸✨ Happy International Women’s Day! ✨🌸

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, leadership, and impact of women everywhere.

At the heart of the Men Wear Pink movement is one powerful truth: when we support women’s health, we strengthen families, workplaces, and entire communities.

Through the work of the American Cancer Society, we fight for:
🎗️ Breast cancer research
🎗️ Early detection and screening
🎗️ Patient lodging and transportation
🎗️ Advocacy that saves lives

Today, we honor:
💗 The survivors
💗 The fighters
💗 The caregivers
💗 The women leading the charge

And we thank the men who stand beside them — wearing pink, raising funds, and using their influence to make a difference.

Here’s to strong women.
May we know them.
May we raise them.
May we support them.

💙 HPV Awareness Day 💙

Did you know?
HPV (Human Papillomavirus) causes 6 types of cancer — including cervical, a**l, throat, and more.

The good news? Many HPV-related cancers are preventable.

The American Cancer Society recommends:
✅ HPV vaccination starting at ages 9–12
✅ Catch-up vaccination for young adults
✅ Regular cervical cancer screening

As leaders in the Men Wear Pink movement, we talk a lot about breast cancer — but our mission is bigger than one cancer. It’s about prevention, early detection, and saving lives.

Today is a reminder to:
📅 Talk to your child’s pediatrician about the HPV vaccine
📅 Schedule recommended screenings
📅 Share facts — not fear

Cancer prevention starts with awareness. And awareness starts with us.

🎗️ Breaking Barriers in Cancer Care Disparities 🎗️

Cancer doesn’t discriminate. And neither should cancer care.

The American Cancer Society is working to close the gap through Change the Odds™: Uniting to Improve Cancer Outcomes — an initiative designed to bridge disparities in cancer care across underserved communities in the United States.

With sponsorship funding from Pfizer, this initiative focuses on:

✔️ Increasing awareness of cancer screenings
✔️ Expanding access to clinical trial opportunities
✔️ Providing comprehensive patient navigation and support
✔️ Improving health outcomes where they are needed most

Change the Odds™ will initially focus on breast and prostate cancer, with the potential to expand to additional cancer types in the future.

Because where you live, your income, or your background should never determine your chance to survive cancer.

Together, we can improve access.
Together, we can improve outcomes.
Together, we can Change the Odds™.

💙 March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month 💙

While many know us for wearing pink in October through the Men Wear Pink campaign, our mission with the American Cancer Society doesn’t stop there.

Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the U.S. — and it’s one of the most preventable cancers with regular screening.

✅ Screening starts at age 45
✅ Early detection saves lives
✅ Real men get screened

The same mission that fuels Men Wear Pink in October fuels colorectal cancer research, advocacy, and patient support all year long.

So here’s your March challenge:
If you’re 45 or older — schedule your screening.
If you love someone 45 or older — remind them.
If you lead a business — share this message with your team.

Because fighting cancer isn’t seasonal. It’s personal.

Kindness saves lives—sometimes in ways we can’t even see. At Men Wear Pink, every act of support, every donation, every moment spent raising awareness helps those affected by breast cancer.

Today, celebrate by doing something kind for someone—share a smile, check in on a friend, or even wear pink to spark conversation about the fight against breast cancer. Small actions + big hearts = real impact.

💙 Gallbladder Cancer Awareness Month

Gallbladder cancer is rare, but often diagnosed at later stages because symptoms can be subtle or mistaken for other conditions. That’s why awareness matters.

Knowing the risk factors, recognizing warning signs, and advocating for timely medical care can make a difference. Research and education are essential to improving early detection and treatment options for this disease.

This month, we stand with patients, survivors, caregivers, and families affected by gallbladder cancer—and reaffirm our commitment to advancing research and saving lives.
