Look at Mendy Odom Boldin!!
๐ Local Health Hero Spotlight ๐
Meet Mendy Boldin, RN, Firefighter, and RPM Instructor at Health Actions. She is a true example of what it means to serve and support community health in more ways than one.
Mendy encourages others to focus on balance: eating healthy about 80% of the time, staying active, and exercising at least three times a week, even if that just means going for a walk. Her passion for helping others stay healthy goes beyond the gym and the hospital; itโs something sheโs carried with her since she was a teenager, when she first dreamed of becoming a firefighter.
To Mendy, community health means educating and encouraging others to stay active, knowing that movement supports not only physical health, but emotional and mental well-being too.
Her message to our community is simple but powerful:
๐ช Youโre never too old to be active, and youโre never too old to try something new. Get out of your comfort zone.
Thank you, Mendy, for inspiring healthier lives every day and making such a positive impact in our community! ๐๐๐ฅ
