Dear Valued Customers, We have received notification that our software will undergo monthly updates starting March 2026, scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month. The system will be unavailable from 7:30pm to 11:30pm CST (Central Standard Time) during these updates for routine maintenance. Additionally, we anticipate semi-annual major maintenance in June and December, resulting in an approximate 8 to 12-hour downtime, occurring twice yearly. During these periods, payment functionality will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused but assure you that these updates and maintenance are essential for the system's optimal performance and security. Regular updates are mandatory.
