Southern Christian Services for Children and Youth is now accepting donations for our 38th Annual Bottom Line for Kids Benefit Dinner & Auction on September 17, 2026, at the Country Club of Jackson.

We’re seeking support from local businesses, community partners, and individuals willing to donate:

Do you have a heart for serving children and families impacted by foster care and adoption?

Join us for Family Camp Connection, September 17–20, as we create a weekend filled with connection, healing, fun, and hope. Volunteers play a vital role in making this special experience possible through activities, encouragement, hospitality, and helping families feel supported and cared for.

We’d love to have you on our team for a weekend of fun and laughter!

SCSCY hosted a community awareness event at the LeFleur's Bluff playground that focused on child abuse prevention and safety. Families, children, and community partners were all in attendance. Children from Jamboree and New Vineyard daycares and SCSCY staff all wore blue as a visual representation of the color of child abuse prevention. Activities that day included distributing prevention resources, engaging families through interactive activities, and promoting awareness of our services and support programs. Hinds County Sherrif's Deputy Ariel Wilson spoke to the audience about community helpers who work to keep our communities safe. Lunch was also provided.
