Medicaid Providers: Don’t let an expiring license interrupt your claims payments! A number of provider licenses are scheduled to expire on or before December 31, 2026. Mississippi Medicaid encourages affected providers to renew and submit updated licensure information as soon as possible to allow adequate processing time and help prevent deactivation or disruptions in claims payments. Important Provider Update! Mississippi Medicaid is conducting off-cycle provider revalidations in accordance with guidance from CMS. Providers who have not completed a revalidation since April 22, 2025, will be required to complete an off-cycle revalidation. Notifications will be mailed to providers in phases.
