brrrr....

We all know our mountain weather can be unpredictable but we still can't help but be surprised/entertained by fresh snow in July.

Snow in July? Yes it can happen in Jackson Hole. Today we woke to a fresh coat of the white stuff in the Tetons. We took a journey to the top of the Jackson Hole Aerial Tram to see what Mother Nature is up to. What we foun

We suspect this yearling brown bear was just sent out into the real word by it's mother. Often times when a mother is ready to breed again, she will send her yearlings to fend for themselves during the summer months when food is usually abundant.

It's the little things....

Fountain Paint Pot bubble mid-pop!

What's your favorite type of geothermal feature in Yellowstone? Geysers, hot springs, mud pots, fumaroles, or Travertine terraces?

First badger sighting of the summer in Grand Teton National Park! Our guide Sarah Ernst spotted this American Badger just feet from the road with her group and stopped for a closer look.

American badgers are generally nocturnal; however, in remote areas with little to no human encroachment they are routinely observed foraging during the day.

Our guide Kyle watched this quick red fox catch this Western Meadowlark fledgling and carry it back to its den to feed its hungry pups.

It is with a heavy heart to report that our famous roadside grizzly 399's cub was hit by a car last night and killed. This playful cub and 399 were an honor to observe together. We will miss watching this little cub grow up.

Rest in peace little guy.

This is a tragic reminder to visitors and locals alike to slow down and be aware at all times when traveling through our parks.

Taking a guided tour of America’s original national park means seeing hard-to-spot animals, including the cute newborns.

We can all agree bison calves are pretty darn adorable AND perfectly adapted to Yellowstone's harsh environment.
