Today we remember Member Stevan Kapp who lost his life in the Line of Duty on December 17, 1973 while operating at a Wire Down Investigation during an ice storm that was passing thru the area.

The Whitesville Fire Company honors the Jackson Memorial High School Class of 1971 graduate's legacy each passing year by giving a scholarship in his name to a graduating senior

Last night, volunteer firefighters from across Jackson trained together, advancing **charged handlines**, practicing **forcible entry**, and running **search & rescue** scenarios.

This afternoon Tanker 5708 is filling a Mutual Aid assignment to the Paterson Fire Department, assigned to Engine 2, to assist with their water emergency from a large water main break.

VOLUNTEER TODAY!! Trying something new in town. If you have a 16 or 17 year old who is interested in becoming a firefighter come down this Thursday 5/22 to 200 Kierych Memorial Drive at 7pm and talk to someone about joining the Volunteer Fire Company’s Junior Firefighter program.
