We were honored to attend the Open House and Ribbon Cutting celebration for The Outside Inn, a residential recovery program created through Outside In Works!

WRAP is proud to have been represented by Brianna H., Residential Specialist, and LuJodia Bell, Obion County Domestic Violence Advocate, as we joined community leaders and partners in supporting this important resource for individuals on their recovery journey.

During the event, Brianna and LuJodia had the opportunity to meet and be pictured with Obion County General Sessions Judge Jimmy Smith, LeEllen Smith, and Congressman John Tanner, who is also a co-owner of The Outside Inn. Their commitment to creating pathways for healing, hope, and recovery is making a meaningful impact across our region.

The Outside Inn represents more than a recovery residence—it is a place where individuals can find support, stability, and a fresh start. WRAP is grateful to partner with organizations that share our mission of empowering individuals and strengthening communities.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life! We look forward to seeing the positive difference The Outside Inn will make in the lives of so many.

Denim Day is held on April 29, 2026, as a global day of action to support survivors of sexual assault and combat victim-blaming. Participants wear jeans to protest against the 1992 Italian Supreme Court ruling that suggested a victim’s tight jeans implied consent. It is a day to raise awareness, educate, and show solidarity.

Thanks to Carla Kirkland MSN, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC for inviting WRAP to the West Tennessee NursePractitioner Alliance Educational Symposium. The sessions were informative. WRAP set up an awareness table with educational handouts on domestic and sexual violence along with resources. We also was apart of a panel question and answer session. We really appreciate every opportunity to bring awareness this growing violence.
