The next Mississippi Real Estate Commission meeting will be held on October 6, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at our office at 4780 I-55 North, Lefleur's Bluff Tower, Suite 300, Jackson, MS 39211. All Commission meetings are open to the public.

OCTOBER 1, 2026 FEE CHANGES

Effective OCTOBER 1, 2026, license renewal fees for Real Estate Brokers, Associate Brokers, Brokerage Firms (companies) will INCREASE from $100 per renewal period to $150 per period. The renewal fee for a Salesperson will INCREASE from $100 to $120 per renewal period. The fee for Criminal Background Check will INCREASE from no charge to $25. The 100% penalty for late renewals still applies to all categories.

No fees are charged for a Business change of address, duplicate licenses, transfer of a license, or any changes from active to inactive status or vice versa. Practically every transaction can be instantly completed using the safety of the state of Mississippi-approved pay portal.
