****IMPORTANT HOUR CHANGES COMING TO PROBATE *****

Effective August 4, 2026, the updated office hours for the Jackson County Probate Court will be as follows:

Monday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm – 4 pm
Tuesday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm - 2 pm
Wednesday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm – 4 pm
Thursday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm - 2 pm
Friday 9 am – 11:30 am / 12 pm – 4 pm

Emergency filings will be handled by on-duty staff between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please call 517-788-4290 to make arrangements to file during closed hours.

Wednesday's Fresh Food Distribution (produce boxes) at the Compassionate Ministries Center parking lot begins at approximately 2pm.
