Notice Regarding Third-Party Voter Registration Mailers

This is not just a Milwaukee story. As upcoming election dates approach, you may receive voter registration letters or forms in the mail from third-party groups or outside organizations. Please note that these mailings do not come from our town office or any official government election agency, and they frequently contain outdated or inaccurate information.

To check your current registration status, view official guidelines, or securely manage your voter details, please rely directly on trusted government resources:

1) Visit the official state voter portal at MyVote Wisconsin. https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/

2) Reach out directly to the Town Hall or County Clerk’s office with any questions.

Milwaukee residents have received pre-filled voter registration forms in the mail from a third-party group — not from the city or state — and officials say the information on those forms may be wrong or out of date.
