Get to know members of your Public Safety team in 2 minutes or less!

KP McClain has been at Ithaca College for 9 years, serving as a patrol officer in the Office of Public Safety, supporting Ithaca College’s football program and the Brothers4Brothers student organization. KP is truly a pillar of the community— an easily recognizable presence across campus, always engaging with students, faculty, and staff, bringing care, concern, and a little comedic relief everywhere he goes.

He’s actively involved in youth sports, a fisherman at heart, a dedicated father, and someone who genuinely values community and connection.

Next time you see KP, be sure to say hi!
