Today, we joined the Itasca Fire Protection District and community members to honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

We honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice, and all those whose lives were forever changed.

We also extend our gratitude to the first responders who serve and protect our communities each day, including members of the Itasca Fire Protection District who volunteered at Ground Zero 25 years ago.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Calling all local businesses & organizations! 🎃

The Itasca Park District is looking for community partners to join us for this year’s Trick-or-Treat Trail on Saturday, Oct 17 at the Itasca Softball Complex!

Host a table along the trail and hand out candy, treats, promotional items, or other fun giveaways as families trick-or-treat their way through the event. Last year, approximately 700 participants joined in the Halloween fun!

It’s a great opportunity to connect with local families, promote your organization, and be part of a favorite community event.

📍 650 N. Rohlwing Road
🕛 12:00–1:30 p.m.

Interested in participating? Email Patti Dziubla at [email protected] to get in on the spooky fun!
