The 1432nd Engineer Company is working with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources during their Annual Training period on numerous State Park improvements in the UP. Always great to be able to give back and improve our local communities!

Children of all ages, with or without disabilities, will have a common play area likely by next week.

For more than a week, over 120 Soldiers from the 107th Engineer Battalion were mobilized to support emergency response efforts throughout Northern Lower Michigan due to the severe ice storm damage. Operating as part of an 800+ Michigan National Guard response force based out of Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center, they provided critical engineer support and capabilities to a variety of State entities and directly supported the local communities. Heavy equipment road clearing, debris transportation, chainsaw teams and door to door checks were just some of the supported operations. Our Soldiers are always proud of being able to directly impact their communities!

🚨Craig Lake State Park Upcoming Closure🚨

The Michigan Army National Guard (107th Engineer Battalion) will be assisting with much-needed road repairs and cabin renovations in Craig Lake State Park May 29 - June 17, 2025. During construction, the park will remain open for those with existing lodging reservations, but no new reservations will be accepted during this time. There will be limited access to backcountry sites, lodging, hiking trails, etc. (updated 3/18/25).

The Michigan National Guard Marksmanship Team took on 48 teams and 201 competitors at the 2025 U.S. Army Small Arms Championships.

Staff Sgt. Kendall Miller-Mather (1437 EN CO) led the way with:
🥇 1st in rifle | 🥈 2nd in pistol | 🥈 2nd overall
