The Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce promotes the growth and expansion of business in Irving, Texas. Irving is an international community that is home to more than 200,000 residents and more than 8,000 businesses, including the global headquarters of five Fortune 500 companies and the presence of 21 more as well as 22 U.S. The Chamber serves as the unified business voice for Irving, which is

located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. It is the third largest Chamber in North Texas with 1,900 members/investors who represent 200,000 employees. The Chamber was the first 5-Star nationally-accredited Chamber in Texas. With a rich heritage of leadership and collaboration, the Chamber works in partnership with the City of Irving and the corporate community to promote, advocate for and expand business in the city and further develop and market Irving’s advantages as a premier location for doing business.

Did you know that the Chamber has tools in place to help aspiring entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed?

The Chamber hosts an assortment of networking opportunities and events, including monthly Five-Star Business Mixers, Lunch and Learns and other signature programs throughout the year aimed at supporting small business owners and their teams.

If your growth plans include expansion overseas, the Chamber can help facilitate important connections through our Trade Development Assistance Center.

The Chamber also has several programs to leverage expertise from member-investors for peer-to-peer learning.

Please join us in welcoming Lily Herring to the Irving Economic Development Partnership team as our Summer Economic Development Intern!

Lily recently graduated from high school and will attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville this fall, where she plans to major in Business Management. She is eager to gain real-world experience, develop new skills, and learn more about economic development as she begins her professional journey.

Throughout the summer, Lily will be supporting several initiatives, including Career Inspire 2026, workforce development efforts, research projects and business engagement activities.

We are excited to have Lily on board and look forward to helping her explore the many facets of economic development while contributing to projects that support the continued growth of Irving-Las Colinas.
