Wondering what the entertainment will be like at the 2022 Unite for Troops Veterans Day Celebration?

Wonder no more! Kids and adults alike will have a BLAST celebrating our veterans and supporting our active troops.

Live music, great food, a static vehicle display, TONS of free kids’ activities - and of course, we’ll be collecting items to send to our troops all day, from Halloween candy to socks, and from handwritten letters to handmade ornaments!

Join us on Saturday, November 12th, 10am to 3pm, at Porter’s Army Navy, 600 E. Irving Blvd in Irving!

Come join us at the Unite for Troops Veterans Day Celebration. on Saturday, November 12th 1-3.
This is held at Porter's Army Navy at 600 E. Irving Blvd,
This is a free event with live entertainment, great food, kid's games and bounce houses, information booths and Police, Fire and Military static vehicles.
Come and support our troops worldwide by bringing supplies and letters to be packed and shipped and honor our veterans.
Parking is at Irving Heritage Center, 200 S Jefferson, a shuttle will be provided.

Our Troops Worldwide are reaching out to us for supplies, letters and support.
We are counting on you to SHOW THEM YOU CARE.
Please join us on Veterans Day weekend for a Family Fun Day of Patriotism, live music, games, food and fun.
We will collect and pack supplies for our troops and honor our Veterans.

We encourage you to invite your family, friends, churches and organizations to join us and collect items listed on this flyer.
Due to COVID, this is the first time in three years since we've held this event and your participation is greatly needed.

Enjoy some Triple J Texas Catering, run by Chris Chouffet and Lauren Hedrick at our Unite For Troops Veterans Day Celebration! They have come out and cooked the best BBQ in Texas along with Hot Dogs and Turkey Legs at our event since 2000! They truly have shown how much they care about our troops and veterans!

Come and enjoy Papa’s Homemade Ice Cream at our Unite for Troops Veterans Day Celebration! John Miklik and his family have been part of our yearly celebration since he opened business, now going into his 8th year! He personally makes all the great tasting homemade ice cream and donates the proceeds to sponsor shipments of supplies to our troops. Miklik always enjoys serving and donating his time and Ice Cream for a great cause such as the USO. He is a Veteran and knows what it means to receive a package from home and the support needed to make it through a deployment. Join us at the Veteran's Day Celebration on November 9th at Porter's Army Navy Store in Irving, at 600 E Irving Blvd, Irving, Texas 75060. The celebration will start at 10am and end at 4pm. WE NEED LEFT OVER HALLOWEEN CANDY!!!
Please donate your left over Halloween candy to Unite For Troops! Any candy that cannot be shipped overseas will be used for the kids who come to the Veteran's Day Celebration on November 9th at Porter's Army Navy Store in Irving, at 600 E Irving Blvd, Irving, Texas 75060. The celebration will start at 10am and end at 4pm. The hard and chewy candy donated will be used as packing peanuts in the boxes that we ship to our troops overseas.
This is a community event where we will collect supplies for our troops overseas and honor our Veterans.
There will be entertainment and a Veterans Appreciation Ceremony on stage. There are free kids activities that includes games, bounce houses, petting zoo, face painting and so much more. Plus..... Great Food, Community booths, Car and Static Vehicle Show. We will also have a raffle for a 30 minute ride on a MASH helicopter and a general raffle.
