Who are the rising leaders shaping the future of Orange County business?

Nominations and self nominations are now open for the Greater Irvine Chamber’s Aspiring Leaders Awards, presented during the 2026 ASPIRE Professional Development Workshop on Thursday, Nov. 12 at UCI Beall Applied Innovation.

This recognition honors early to mid career professionals under 40 who are making a meaningful impact within their organizations, industries, and communities through leadership, innovation, and professional growth.

We invite Orange County companies, teams, and professionals to nominate outstanding emerging leaders who are driving change and leading with purpose.

Award recipients will be recognized live during ASPIRE 2026.

Nominations are open now through Wednesday, Sept. 30.
