We've hit a major milestone! $2000 in raised funds from all you generous patrons! We're still giving out books almost every weekend at parks around the county, check out our Instagram feed for the latest pictures and news. https://www.instagram.com/bookfairyfreelibrary/

Our extensive research has shown us that an ebike and trailer would be the best option for getting books out to people. We could ride through our beautiful parks and stop at playgrounds and attractions to let people pick out books. With a 32" trailer from Bikes At Work we could haul 12 milk crates packed with books.

Research for the bike itself is still ongoing. We need power! And lots of parts are back ordered because of the pandemic. But we're still determined to get these books out to people. Thanks again for all your generous donations!

Free books this Sunday 2/21 from 11-1pm! Or until the kids are too tired. At Thornton Park in Santa Ana near the main playground. They’ll be set up with a sign for social distancing. Come get some great books!

We’re using data from to determine areas that would benefit from our free books. Then finding parks in the area that could host a pop up Free Library. We love research!

Our GoFundMe has been up for a week and we’re off to such a strong start!! Thank you so much for your donations! We were able to submit paperwork for 501c3 nonprofit status! Processing will take a couple weeks but this is a huge step.

This week we dropped off 55 books at local playgrounds for people to find and take home. They included the bookmarks we made saying they’re free. Different times need different solutions!
