🎡❤️ THAT’S A WRAP ON OUR 2026 SEASON! ❤️🎡

As our workers are all headed home and the final time cards have been punched, we want to take a moment to reflect on our 2026 season.

This season definitely came with its challenges. The economy was crazy, fuel prices were high, food costs continued to rise, and running a traveling carnival isn’t getting any easier. But through all of it, we made it through another season SAFE, and for that we are incredibly thankful.

First and foremost, THANK YOU TO OUR EMPLOYEES. ❤️

You truly are the best. There are long days, late nights, hot days, rainy days, breakdowns, stressful moments and days when Frankie might make things a little tougher 😂 — but somehow, we always make it through together.

To our drivers — thank you for everything you do behind the scenes. When everyone else sees the carnival open and the lights on, they don’t always see what it takes to get us from one town to the next. Thank you for helping us move safely down the road week after week.

To all of the fairs, festivals and communities that welcomed us this year — THANK YOU! We were fortunate to visit so many wonderful communities, including several new ones this season. Thank you for trusting Spectrum Carnival to be part of your events.

And most importantly, thank you to YOU — our customers. 🎟️🎠

Thank you for buying the wristbands, playing the games, eating the funnel cakes, bringing your kids out to ride, sharing our posts, recommending us and continuing to support a small family-owned carnival.

Every smiling kid, every family tradition and every person who came through our midway helped make this season possible.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes to make a carnival season happen, and none of it could be done without an amazing group of people working together.

For now, our rides are parked, the lights are going dark, and our workers are headed home to their families for some very well-deserved time off. ❤️

🎡APPLE FEST WRISTBAND UPDATE 🍎

We understand that some of you are frustrated with the wristband prices, and we want you to know—we understand. We’re frustrated with rising costs too.😞

The cost of diesel to run the generators that powers our entire carnival, fuel to get our equipment here and back home, land rental, water, camping, camping power, parking, and so many other expenses have increased significantly. We were just as shocked by some of these increases.

That being said, we heard you! ❤️

🎟️ 4-hour wristband sessions will now be $30
🎟️ 5-hour wristband sessions will be $35

We hope this helps make Apple Fest a little more affordable for families while still allowing us to bring the carnival to your community.

We truly hope everyone has an amazing Apple Fest! Even if you don’t come visit us at the carnival, there are SO many wonderful activities, vendors, food, and things to enjoy throughout Bayfield. 🍎

The official Apple Fest fun may not kick off until tomorrow, but did you know the carnival has been opening on Thursday for MANY years so the local community can come out and enjoy the rides before the weekend chaos begins?! ❤️

And of course, we’ve always offered a special Thursday wristband deal!

🧀 THANK YOU, BLAIR CHEESE FEST! 🎡❤️

We truly love this little community! From the restaurants to the bars, breakfast spots, and coffee shops… our crew definitely enjoyed themselves! 🤭☕🍳

We know there were a few mishaps along the way, but we are so thankful for everyone who welcomed us, supported us, and showed appreciation for what we bring to your community. It means more to us than you know. ❤️

Blair always feels like a little home away from home for us, and we’re grateful to be a part of Cheese Fest each year.

❤️ Happy heavenly birthday to the one who kept us all together.

You did the brunt of the office work, the paperwork, and everything behind the scenes that most people never saw. You kept things organized, kept us going, and somehow managed to keep all of us in line.

There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t miss you and wish you were still here with us.

We hope you’re celebrating up there today. Keep watching over us—and please keep everyone in line from up there too. ❤️

⚠️ To the attention of Blair Cheese Fest attendees:

We need to address something that is not fun and games.

When the carnival is CLOSED, please stay off our rides and equipment.

Sneaking onto rides, running up our slide, opening gates, or finding ways around the extra measures we put in place to keep people out is not okay.

We take great pride in our equipment, and more importantly, we work hard to keep it safe for the children and families who come out to enjoy the carnival. Entering rides after hours can cause damage, create serious safety concerns, and ruin the experience for everyone else.

Those gates, fences, and barriers are there for a reason. When our rides are closed, they are not being supervised or operated by our trained employees. Going onto them after hours puts you at risk and puts us in a position we should never have to be in.

Unfortunately, we have had incidents like this at this festival in previous years, and we do not want to go through that again.

What makes this especially disappointing is how much we genuinely enjoy coming to Blair. If you knew us behind the scenes, as some members of the Blair community do, you would know that this place feels like a little hometown to us. We look forward to coming here every year.

We love being part of Blair Cheese Fest, and we want to continue having a positive relationship with this community.

We also want to give a huge thank you to the City and County law enforcement officers who have cared enough to come by, keep an eye on things, and help us keep people off the equipment after hours. Your presence, concern, and willingness to help us protect our equipment and keep everyone safe truly means a lot to us. We appreciate you more than you know. 💙

So if you think sneaking onto our equipment after we close is funny — we don’t.

Please respect our property, our employees, and the safety measures we have put in place.

When the gates are closed, the carnival is closed. Please stay out.
