If you get a message, supposedly from The Department of Revenue (DOR), claiming that you have a ticket or citation that is due, it is a scam. This message will be trying to get you to go to a link provided, do NOT go to the link. This message may also threaten jail time or in need of payment, do NOT send any money nor give out any of your personal information.

The BLUE ALERT has been cancelled. Suspect is deceased. Keep Christian County in your prayers. Two deputies were killed and others injured during the manhunt.

Saturday night was our employee banquet and awards presentation.
I want to congratulate Deputy Cory Coffman and Jail Administrator Mike Cavenar. Cory was awarded Deputy Sheriff of the year and Mike was awarded Jailer of the year. I also want to thank all of our staff for their hard work and dedication. Thank you
