Today, HTVFD was honored to participate in the Ironton Memorial Day Parade, continuing a cherished tradition. Each year, our entire department looks forward to paying tribute to our nation's fallen veterans. Passing out candy and participating in the parade is one way our members demonstrate their commitment to community service.

Today our crew battled the rain and managed to shine up our trucks for the Ironton Memorial Day Parade. It's wonderful to have members that take such pride in our FD. Even got help from the smallest member.🇺🇸

Tonight's training wasn't just about learning, but also a little fun. It's always a good day when they can learn while they have a good time. We may be a small department, but each of these crew members give their all to not only learn but to be ready when needed. I appreciate everything they do, and are willing to do, and can't thank them enough.
