Workers who are ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) care for children, check out groceries, cook meals, and help with everyday banking needs. Even beyond the workplace, ALICE shows up for our communities across civic, social, cultural, religious, and recreational spaces. And yet, ALICE struggles to get by, with income above the Federal Poverty Level but less than the cost of basics in their counties.

A huge shoutout to the incredible CWS 3R's Nursing Committee at for hosting their recent diaper drive! It was a massive success, and we were able to distribute over 1,500 diapers to our amazing partners at , , and North Liberty Community Pantry.

Diapers are one of the most needed essentials in our community, and your generosity is truly felt. Thank you for seeing this need and taking action — your effort means the world to our community!🙌💙

That’s a wrap on Day of Caring 2026, presented by Hills Bank!

Together, we mobilized 162 volunteers who dedicated more than 480 hours of service across our community. With 16 teams working at 15 different sites, their impact totaled an incredible $15,027 in value.
