We encourage the use of land and water within the limits of its capabilities, and encourage the treatment of each acre with the proper protection and improvement it may need. In addition, we acquaint communities with the importance of soil and water conservation, and assist residents with conservation concerns. Through many public programs, we not only educate and serve, but do our best to make wise use of natural resources A FUN EXPERIENCE FOR ALL!

Please note that our office is currently closed without an appointment. Please knock on the door if you have a sample and someone will meet with you outside.

We will be doing an electronics recycling collection this Saturday along with our Household Hazardous Waste Collection! Saturday, September 18 from 8am to Noon! 303 S. Jackson St in Ionia!

Electronics we will accept include TVs, computers, printers, cords, remotes, calculators, power tools, scanners, radios, projectors, copiers, cell phones, toasters, small kitchen appliances. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT large appliances or those that contain Freon such as air conditioners or refrigerators.

There is a $5 charge for TV's and large computer monitors due to recycling costs. All other accepted electronics will be taken at no charge to Ionia County Residents.
